Reliable Temps Inc, an independent staffing firm of over 30 years, is seeking a qualified Staffing Specialist/Recruiter to join to their developing business and team! We are seeking a career-minded professional for our Franklin County locations in Greenfield and Orange, MA.
The ideal candidate must have top-notch customer service experience, an eye for detail, and a strong sense of professionalism. Individuals must have the ability to multitask within a fast-paced environment, as well as be able to take direction and follow through. Interested candidates must also have exceptional written and interpersonal communications skills since they will be working closely with job applicants, employees, and hiring managers to ensure that all policies and procedures are being followed.
Responsibilities:
-Reviewing & Sourcing resumes
-Identifying qualified applicants
-Creating job descriptions
-Scheduling interviews
-Finding appropriate job placements
-Working directly with HR Managers, Business Owners and other Client Personnel
Proficiency with MS Office preferred. Previous retail, sales, or recruiting experience preferred but not required. Prior HR experience is a definite plus!
