Reliable Temps Inc, an independent staffing firm of over 30 years, is seeking a qualified Senior Recruiter to join to their developing business and team. This is an amazing opportunity for someone interested in ground floor management or looking to grow within the staffing industry into a hands on management role. We are seeking a career-minded professional for our Franklin County locations in Greenfield and Orange, MA.
To be part of our team the candidate of choice must have top-notch customer service experience, an eye for detail, as well as, a strong sense of professionalism and be willing to work alongside our staffing specialists to get the job done. Individuals must have a demonstrated ability to multitask within a fast-paced environment, as well as take direction and follow through. Interested candidates must also have exceptional written and interpersonal communication skills as they will be working closely with job applicants, employees, and hiring managers to ensure that all policies and procedures are being followed.
Proficiency with MS Office preferred. Previous management, sales, marketing, or recruiting experience preferred but not required. Prior HR experience is a definite plus!
