Do you have a passion for Design Control? Then we would love to hear from you. What you’ll doCoordinate and expedite the flow of product registrations. Plan and prioritize execution of registration activities. Ability to trouble shoot. Fully proficient professional, contributes to projects and initiatives, influences at the site level and determines and executes to operational standards and processes, and requires understanding of a concepts, methods and procedures. Work within all levels of the organization.The Registration Specialist will interface with all levels of the of the organization to execute registrations. The candidate must have the ability to manage and complete all work requirements with little to no management or intervention. New part registrations for Westborough site. Coordinate and follow-up on open tasks Oracle set up (Manufacturing database) Magic set up (Engineering database) Bill Of Material Structuring set up Trouble shooting Understanding of Supply Chain wing to wing process (Material lifecycle) Partner closely with sourcing Support MBL and EBL updates Purchase order set up Tools: Excel, Word,Qliksense, Sales Force Dot Com,Filesanywhere, Skilled Computer background Support all lean activities, initiatives, and action workouts Work on streamlining registrations (Simplification/Lean) Create Procedures Submit enhancement requests in Magic and Oracle to assist in automating registrations Work with Distribution sites to find ways to improve material flowWho you are

Associate degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 4 years of experience in Manufacturing)

Computer proficiency

Working knowledge of MRP (Material Requirement Planning)

Excellent Interpersonal Skills

Strong problem solving skills

Magic experience

Oracle knowledge and experience

Strong oral and written communication skills.

Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.

Ability to work independently.
