Responsibilities: 1. Multitask and switch gears to meet changing priorities and tasks to accomplish goals/objectives. 2. Work in a distributed team environment where team members are spread across numerous locations and often communicate virtually to support clients IAM/PAM applications. 3. Identify and evaluate complex business and technology risks, internal controls which mitigate risks, and related opportunities for internal control improvement. 5. Evaluate and support complex PAM technology risks, internal controls which mitigate risks, and related opportunities for internal control improvement. 6 Responsible to install, integrate and maintain one or more Privilege Access Management products such as CyberArk. 7. Communicate the PAM aspects of both the production support and maintenance at the technical and functional level to maintain or resolve a technical situation. 8. Facilitate use of technology-based tools or methodologies to review, design and/or implement products and services. Required Skills: 1. A minimum of 7 years plus experience in developing, implementing or architecting information systems. 2. A minimum of 5 years of experience with technical architecture experience integrating identity management, access management and access governance software into clients' infrastructure and applications. 3. A minimum of 5 years plus experience with installation, integration and deployment of one of the following PAM product CyberArk in a client environment. 4. Responsible for planning, scoping, deploying and integrating Privileged Account Management Solutions CyberArk EPV and CA PAM 5. Responsible for rolling out PAM solution with expertise in integrating disparate systems 6. Engineers business processes and solutions to ensure that PAM services perform per defined processes, meet defined policies and comply with applicable information security requirements 7. Identity Management familiarity in one or more of the following areas: a. Single Sign on b. Identity Federation c. Enterprise Directory Architecture and Design including directory schema, namespace and replication topology experience d. Resource Provisioning e. Identity & Access Governance including Role based access control, access request and certification Desired Skills (not required but candidate will have exposure to these skills in this role): 1. Understanding of fundamental cloud computing concepts 2. Experience with Information Assurance concepts and processes 3. Knowledge of and experience with security regulations, standards, and processes 4. Java and Identity and Access Management 5. Excellent communications skills and ability to interact with the client daily 6. Strong technical writing skills 7. Willingness to train others and lead engagement teams 8. Fundamental understanding of software, computer, and network architectures. 9. Expertise in Security Architecture, vulnerability management program management, operational activities, and technical toolsets 10. Proficiency in one or more of the following security technologies: SIEM, Endpoint, Firewalls, 11. Proxy, Endpoint, and general networking background 12. Working knowledge of security governance, compliance frameworks, and technical hardening standards (e.g. PCI, HIPAA, CIS, NIST, etc.) 13.
