Your work will have real-world impact, and you'll be supported in achieving your career goals.The Senior HR Reporting Analyst (Workday) can be based remotely and will be a member of the HR Insights & Analytics Solutions team within the HR Organization. This role is responsible for providing consultation and collaboration to cross-functional teams both inside and outside of HR, acting as the Business Analyst and configuration expert for HR Reporting (Workday).Responsibilities:

Serve as the Workday HCM data and reporting subject matter expert

Develop and maintain simple to complex reports, including matrix and composite reports, utilizing Workday Report Writer and Report Designer, as well as other organizational tools and available technologies

Work with business partners and HR COE's subject matter experts to document report requirements, design, develop and deliver reports

Lead the preparation and delivery of complex HR reports, ensuring alignment across deliverables, and adherence to overall global reporting strategy

Create and maintain standardized real-time dashboards displaying key metrics and insights for HR and business leaders in a visually appealing manner

Communicate complex information so that it is easy to understand and influences others to take action based on the useful information provided

Develop project plans using data gathered, constraints, and probable consequences. Ensure adherence to project schedule and other specifications

Manage project deliverables and milestones and specified project tasks

Support timely identification and escalation of risks and development of alternative technical and functional approaches when necessary

Identify test scenarios, develop test scripts, and provide key support in User Acceptance Testing (UAT)

Help develop necessary communication and training materials in support of system navigation and changes

Deliver training programs for HR staff and general employee/manager population with respect to system access and utilization

Develop comprehensive HCM production support skill sets to include user support, system support, system configuration, monitoring end-user data input, and resolving user issues

Use existing systems/applications (Workday, 3rd party add-on applications, etc.) and determine methods to integrate data from multiple systems to produce reports

Help monitor the effectiveness of reporting products, modify current reports, or operationalize new reports / methods as needed

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or related area

4+ years HR data analyst experience, including the ability to understand the business requirements, user needs and translate them into operational requirements

Advanced proficiency in Workday HCM report writing (advanced Workday Report Writer and Calculated Field proficiency a must)

Advanced proficiency with MS Excel & MS PowerPoint (creating graphics, charts)

Ability to collect, organize, analyze and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy

Understand complexities and nuances with reporting on different organizational hierarchies

Ability to consult with stakeholders and identify metrics and interpretation needed in deliverables

Prior experience with data governance, auditing and creating standards / documentation

Proven ability to perform with a high degree of accuracy and with highly confidential data

Self-motivated with a focus on driving results and strong sense of accountability

Demonstrated experience in problem-solving

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong relationship building skills to acquire trust of business partners

Ability to manage change effectively always mindful of technology, business processes, and systems implications

Must thrive in a fast-paced environment where multi-tasking and prioritizing is necessary

Preferred Qualifications:

Understanding of Workday Prism Analytics

Understanding of Workday HCM security

Previous experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) a plus

Previous experience with ServiceNow reporting a plus
