Job Description

The Residential Coordinator is responsible for the day-to-day management of the residence, and will provide casework for one or two individuals under the supervision of the House Manager.

Responsibilities include the case management ofindividuals, the collection and recording of data regarding daily performance of individuals supported by the Division in defined instructional and behavioral areas, thesupervision of instructional activities in the residence and community settings, and the monitoring of all aspects of the health and safety of individuals assigned to the residence.

Qualifications

  • Associates Degree, preferred; High school diploma or GED, required
  • One (1) year experience in human service programs for persons with developmental disabilities, preferred
  • Must have reliable transportation
  • Availability to travel on an as needed basis

  • Must possess the ability to communicate effectively with students, their families, staff, management personnel and public safety officials
  • Must have the ability to carry out written and oral instructions
  • Must have considerable emotional and physical capacity

Working Conditions:

  • In this position, you will be required to work at the Evergreen Center's Adult Supports group homes. All Evergreen Staff have a primary obligation to ensure the health, safety and educational advancement of our students.

Work Hours:

  • Wed 1pm-11pm; Thurs/Fri 2pm-11pm; Sat 9am-11pm
