Job Description

The Executive Assistant works across the business, supporting the Chief Marketing Officer, VP of Alliances and the Veeam Boston office general management. In this role, you will handle a wide range of administrative responsibilities.

  • Organize, plan, and coordinate amazing team building events, celebrations, lunches, and offsites
  • Plan internal business unit events and meetings
  • Assist with booking travel, handling logistics, and completing expense reports for executive(s)
  • Ensure timely communications and handling confidential information
  • Work on multiple projects and priorities at once
  • Effectively juggle multiple tasks and deadlines for multiple people
  • Manage Calendars
  • Schedule meetings
  • Support in the general management of the Boston office including logistics, ordering, mail management and other tasks in support of the facilities & engagement teams.

Qualifications

  • Previous Executive Assistant experience required Works extremely well with others
  • Experience with financial measurements and metrics Excellent communicator - both written and verbal
  • Able to proactively anticipate needs and adjust plans based on contingencies that arise
  • Experience working under pressure to get things done while still being diplomatic and collaborative
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Associate’s degree preferred and/or equivalent years of experience
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, expense reportsetc.
  • Attention to detail and ability to thoroughly follow through on tasks
  • Great organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritize and multi-task with confidence
