We are hiring Energy Installers of all levels and Licensed Electricians throughout the Raynham area to join our Energy Field Operations team! ÂAs an integral member of the team, the ideal candidate will work cooperatively with other team members to successfully complete the installation of residential PV solar systems, battery storage and EV wall connectors safely and on time. New hire training and continued education will be provided to set you up for success in growing your career at Tesla.

Installer Responsibilities:Â
Layout, assembly and installation of solar array and mounting hardwareÂ
Assist with the electrical wiring of all energy productsÂ
Prepare and clean-up job siteÂ
Work with the warehouse team to pull materials for each installation jobÂ
Attend weekly team meetings and mandatory training sessions on new products, installation methodology and safetyÂ
Provide an exceptional customer experience to all customers throughout the processÂ
Additional duties required as neededÂ
Requirements:
Roof work, general construction, or carpentry experience strongly preferredÂ
Ability to safely handle tools and materials such as: ladders, inverters, solar panels, panel boards, batteries, and other similar electrical equipment, lumber, roofing materials, etc.Â
ÂAbility to work in extreme environments (example: hot sun, cold, crawl spaces, etc.)Â
Capable of working at heights including on rooftops, climbing ladders and stairs; and performing repetitious duties, including lifting, bending and standing for long periods of timeÂ
Experience using basic hand and power toolsÂ
Basic computer skills preferredÂ
Must have excellent written and verbal communication skillsÂ
Must have excellent customer service skillsÂ
Excellent attendance is crucial for the team to achieve successÂ
Ability to work well with others in a collaborative team environmentÂ
Licensed Electrician Responsibilities:Â
Complete residential Main Panel Upgrades (MPU)
Work with peers and leadership to evaluate job requirements and cost
Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical component and system issues
Lead efforts on safe work practices for the Field Operations team
Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the process by educating customers about the product(s) and offering Âreal-time updates on job status
Document and update job status in the company database
Attend training sessions and weekly team meetings on new products, installation methodology and safety
Perform other related duties, as assigned
Licensed Electrician Responsibilities:Â
A valid state Journeyman Electrician License
Understanding of NEC codes
Ability to safely handle tools and materials such as: ladders, inverters, solar panels, panel boards, batteries, and other similar electrical equipment, lumber, roofing materials, etc.
Ability to work in extreme environments (example: hot sun, cold, crawl spaces, etc.)
Position may require working at heights including on rooftops, climbing ladders and stairs
Capable of performing repetitious duties, including lifting, bending and standing for long periods of time
Experience using basic hand and power tools
Basic computer skills required
