Growing plastic molding manufacture is seeking a full time first shift lead to support our production team. Located in Fall River, Ma we produce and distribute a variety of mechanical products for the HVAC, electrical, and plumbing industries.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Start up and Shutdown injection molding machines.
Lead a team of 10 machine operators & assembly workers.
Supply operators with needed materials for production.
Keep department clean and organized.
Forklift experienced.
Computer skills required.
Requirements:
Proactive focus on safety.
Minimum 1 year supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
Motivated self-starter with great attitude and communication skills.
Physically demanding position. Lifting, standing, walking, reaching.
