Large south coast staffing firm is seeking an experienced full-time, bi-lingual (English/Spanish) Human Resource Generalist to join our internal team. The HR Generalist assists the HR Manager with the administration of human resources policies, procedures, programs, and assists in ensuring compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations. The HR Generalist carries out responsibilities in the following functional areas: departmental development, Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS), client relations, employee relations, training and development, benefits, compensation, organizational development, and employment. Experience with OSHA, NLRB, EEOC, EAP, and other labor-related standards is required. General understanding of MA labor laws desired.
Compensation is hourly with paid vacation and holidays and access to the company insurance plan.
