We are looking to hire an inside sales associate for industrial boiler manufactures sales rep and service company. The job entails looking at construction documents to choose the correct equipment for the project. Pricing of equipment and parts to contractors. Putting together submittals for different projects as well as limited project management under the supervision of account managers. Potential for job advancement. Will train right candidate.
QUALIFICATIONS:
High School diploma or equivalent
Must be 18 years of age or older
Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office, Adobe, & CRM software proficiency)
Strong math skills preferred
Engineering, science and/or technical skills helpful
Excellent verbal communication skills and telephone manner
Build rapport with customers through friendly, engaging communication
Capture customer information, including addresses and phone numbers, for future follow-up
Highly organized
Strong attention to detail
Strong problem-solving skills
Able to handle multi-tasking
Strong follow-through skills (able to see tasks through to completion)
Must be dependable
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
High energy level
Ability to lift parts or boxes up to 50 lbs.
