Senior Director, Center and Field Marketing-Hybrid

As the Senior Director of Center and Field Marketing, you will be responsible for Field, Partnership and local marketing efforts for our mission-based childcare business. You will develop, lead and execute strategic marketing initiatives to drive demand, generate leads, and drive enrollments in our childcare centers across multiple US regions. You will oversee a passionate and driven local team. We are looking for leaders who can create change to drive for excellence. This high EQ leader will work cross- functionally with internal stakeholders to drive our overall success.
