Kforce Inc has a client immediately seeking a Gender Programs Resource to join their team in Hopkinton, MA. Our client's D&I strategies and initiatives focus on driving sustainable business success and positioning us as the global employer of choice for all demographic groups. The Global D&I Advisor assigned to Gender Programs will work directly with the Gender Programs Lead. Responsibilities include:
Documentation of Processes (creation of Playbooks) for existing gender programs
Specifically, for the Global D&I run Diversity Leadership Accelerator Program, assist with:
Program Management for the current cohorts
Vendor relations, content review and development in alignment with strategy
KPI analysis and review
Learning & Development; Build and update a Gender Pathway on the Technologies D&I Channel (Learning Studio)
Collaborative Strategy and execution support
Executive presentations creation for Internal Stakeholders, Executive Leadership Team, Organizational All-Hands, External Conferences, etc
Work in lock-step with D&I Gender Programs Manager, Business Unit, HR and Learning & Development leads to refine and execute gender programs across the organization
4 year degree required
Experience in Diversity & Inclusion a plus
Experience in Instructional design or curriculum development or corporate learning and development a plus
Hard skills:
Adept at Excel, PPTx (Executive Level) & Microsoft Programs (Word, Teams, OneNote) Research
Soft skills:
Excellent written and verbal communications skills
The abilities to work cross-functionally, multi-task, and execute independently
Ability to ramp to new systems and tools quickly
Flexibility and a willingness to pivot priorities as needed
A high sense of urgency and attention to detail are must haves
