This position will work with other R&D team member to implement, test, and validate PCBA or system. It also involves approval projects, documentation, PCBA layout check and other sustaining task to support other teams.The candidate will have the opportunity to work with multi-disciplinary teams, advanced technology, complicate electrical systems for both Environmental gas analyzer and Process monitoring application.What will you do?

Be able to do electrical design with minimized supervision

Coordinate with other engineering team members for priority, resource, and task schedule.

Test and troubleshoot hardware, software, and systems

Take approval requirements and work with the Engineering team and agency to pursue required approvals or certificates for products

Provide engineering support for internal and external customers

Validate design update/critical component/assembly selection for performance impact and improvement

Provide sustaining support on existing products including engineering changes

Be able to do PCBA layout and mentor/manage external contractor's work

All other duties as assigned

How will you get here?Education

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field

Experience

5 years of electrical experience

Experience with verification testing of HW, SW, and system

Experience with PCBA design and layout

Experience with instrumentation and industrial certification as a plus

Understand product electrical design, test, release process and life cycle control

Knowledge, Sklls, Abilities

Positive learning attitude and desire to contribute to the team

Able to handle multi-tasking, manage deliveries and deadlines effectively

Excellent organization skill, detail oriented

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with instrumentation and industrial certification
