Driven by curiosity and imagination, you will create and set high goals and inspire your organization to deliver on those goals in order to deliver impactful results on product strategies. You will translate high goals into action plans that align to business objectives, create customer value, and deliver business growth
Because results are important, you will be accountable for prioritizing and delivering a steady stream of new products for the Environmental and Process Monitoring (EPM) product portfolio, where the expectation is that customer needs are met both on-time and on-budget
As an exceptional go-getter with the ability to lead a global, multi-disciplinary R&D organization, you will provide technical focus and insight, and ensure that the team delivers product development to meet growth objectives within a product and technology roadmap
With a focus on customers, you will develop a network of Key External Experts, Leaders and collaborators, working together to advance innovation into enabling our customers to make the world healthier, cleaner, and safer
As a developer of talent, you will lead, coach, and develop a team of diverse technical talent while fostering a culture of inclusion
As a member of the EPM leadership team, you will assert the innovation strategy in support of business growth
As a person with strong social agility, you will navigate our functional matrix and work collaboratively to achieve the success of every product introduction
As someone who is comfortable with healthy conflict in an environment of trust, you will have the courage to help the organization balance portfolio decisions with tension between short term and long term opportunities
How will you get here?Education
Minimum requirement of masters degree in scientific field
Experience
10+ years of meaningful global R&D experience, preferably in Environmental and Process Monitoring field
Experience with both technical and new product development
Interactions with Global Environmental Regulatory Entities (such as the Environmental Protection Agency)
Experience in Intellectual Property Portfolio Management
Have developed technical talent, and have built the next generation of successful R&D leaders
Familiarity with Design for Manufacture and Design for Six Sigma
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
