The purpose of this position is to run the day to day operations of the house including:
Help establish a healthy culture that reflects our core values of love, transparency, and recovery
Maintain chore list, medications, moves, supplies, local transportation, meetings, etc.
Organize weekly excursions and sober activities
Participate in new client intake process
Explain and enforce policies and procedures
Develop and maintain resident files, progress reports, and periodic evaluations
Maintain strict resident confidentiality, objectivity, and professional boundaries
Active in long term recovery a plus
Nurse or medical background a plus
We have a beautiful location on the water and foster a relaxed and positive atmosphere. The position starts as part time but will likely become full time very quickly. Must have your own transportation.
