Job Description
The Inventory position requires monitoring, maintenance and high-level accuracy of stock parts using database to meet demands. Must possess excellent communication and customer service skills to interact with internal and external customers.
Essential Functions
Handle shipping & receiving of products
Manage process of defective parts for replacement
Stages equipment for jobs, add-ons and service & prepares job packets
Initiates material requisitions to Purchasing Manager
When needed, runs parts to airport and to techs in the field, driving company van
Warehouse and truck restocking to include Martha's Vineyard and Nantucket warehouses
Performs accurate routine clerical duties, including data entry
Set up and manage min's and max's for all parts in all warehouses
Physical inventory cycle counts as scheduled
Performs general housekeeping, maintenance and organization of the staging and inventory areas
Reports to Manager any discrepancies found
Be the back up to the Install Coordinator
May perform any other duties and assignments that may be assigned from time to time

Position is active and requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, and climbing occasionally. Frequently lifts and/or moves items up to 25 lbs, on occasion up to 50 lbs, following prescribed safety guidelines.
Preferred Education and Experience
High school diploma
At least 1 year in inventory experience
Valid drivers license, clean driving record
