Looking to hire a Personal Care Attendant/Home Health Aide to begin ASAP. Candidates are expected to work between 3-5 days/week (roughly 24-40 hrs.). Hours are 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM WITH LOTS OF FLEXIBILITY ON THE DAYS. This position involves working with an adult man with a spinal cord injury.
Were looking for someone to assist with:
Bathing
Dressing
Bowel and bladder care
Appointment logging
Light cleaning
Meal preparation
Driving to on-Cape and off-Cape appointments
Candidates should:
Be comfortable with a small dog in the home.
Be RELIABLE, TRUSTWORTHY and CARING
Have a valid drivers license and insurance
Be willing to complete a CORI (criminal background check)
Although CNA course completion and/or PCA/HHA experience is preferred, it's not required. Well train someone that has very little to no experience, but they must be willing + able to complete the tasks listed above. Training in all tasks will be provided to any new hire, regardless of experience. Raises are given based on performance and reliability.
