Mac's Fish House in Provincetown is looking for Raw Bar staff. In addition to shucking oysters and little necks, you will be required to clean, set up and break down the raw bar, stock with needed supplies and prepare condiments (cocktail/mignonette sauce and lemons). Must be comfortable interacting with customers as well as working in a high volume, fast paced environment.
