Martha's on Main Street is looking for a lead cook - approx. 40 hours/week (must be available weekends). Duties include making salads, sandwiches, operating the grill and fryer, following recipes and instructions. The ideal candidates will be able to shine in a fast-paced, busy environment as a part of a happy, energetic, team.
Responsibilities:
Manage kitchen staff
Complete all opening and closing responsibilities
Create prep lists and ensure adequate stock on hand at all times
Maintain a clean and orderly kitchen by washing dishes, sanitizing surfaces, taking out trash etc.
Ability to work on your feet for up to six hours at a time
Comply with food safety and sanitation guidelines
Perform other kitchen duties as assigned
