Job Description:
Greet and welcome customers to bakery
Take pastry, and drink orders with knowledge of our menu and offerings
Take phone orders
Box up pastries with meticulous care.
Wash dishes and other cleaning tasks
Become a proficient and knowledgeable of coffee drinks.
Help to maintain an overall positive team environment
Demonstrate pride in the bakery by keeping up with cleanliness and organization bakery-wide
Ensure accuracy and completion of all cash transactions, be adept with the register system
Early morning hours, weekends and holidays are a MUST.
Applicants MUST be mature, enthusiastic, hard working and efficient.
Possess strong guest service skills
Able to work in a professional work environment.
Also important is the ability to keep calm while working during a period of high volume sales.
We are seeking self-motivated employees who work well in a fun, positive, fast-paced team environment with possibilities for advancement. Ideal candidate must have completed high school or higher education with prior retail or hospitality experience.
