Cleat & Anchor is a year round restaurant that features creative house made cocktails, 20 local draft craft beer offerings, large out door patio, live entertainment and unique twists on Cape Cod Classics.
Cleat & Anchor is looking to add bartenders and servers who are team players and genuinely care about hospitality.
Servers:
Preferred 2 Years serving experience but will train the right candidate with strong work ethic, team first attitude and at least 1 yr serving experience.
We pride ourselves on developing staff internally; if you are an experienced server with a passion for the hospitality industry and looking to advance, this is an ideal opportunity for those who come in ready to work hard and immerse your self in our systems.
Bartenders:
Minimum 3 yrs bar experience and 2 yrs serving experience but will train the right candidate with strong work ethic, team first attitude and at least 2 yrs bar experience. Preferred experience with classic cocktails, techniques including using a jigger, and small batch spirits.
Hosts:
No experience necessary but must be 18 years or older. This position is great for an outgoing and friendly individual trying took get their foot in the door in the restaurant business. Duties include seating guest, sanitizing areas of the restaurant, running food & drinks, taking takeout orders & working curbside take out, etc. Apply if you are a hard and reliable worker. Many of our hosts have been promoted to a server once they master this position!
Consummate team player with a great attitude is mandatory for consideration; Craft beer knowledge is a plus. Tequila knowledge is a plus. SATURDAY & SUNDAY AVAILABILITY A MUST.
