Job Description:
Overview Intelligent Waves, a rapidly growing Service-Disabled Veteran - Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), has a need for a n ELINT/ High Band Systems (HBS) EngineerV , pending award, to support our Air Force Distributed Common Ground System (AF DCGS) customer. The ELINT/ HBS Engineer V will provide mission essential Signals Intelligence (SIGINT) services for the sustainment of Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (ISR) systems used for collection, correlation of data, and collaboration of signals of interest from airborne, ground, and other systems in order to provide near-real-time actionable intelligence to the DCGS analysts and warfighters. The ELINT/ HBS Engineer V will support a dynamic environment as mission systems are migrated to a modern, Open Architecture, IT-as-a-Service Platform and continuously enhanced. Location: This ELINT/ HBS Engineer V is based in Cape Cod, MA Travel: Minimal travel is expected (for contingency and surge operations) and will be reimbursed based on IW policy, GSA Per Diem rates and DoD Joint Travel Regulations (JTR) as required. Schedule: This ELINT/ HBS Engineer V will work as part of an overall t eam to provide needed coverage and support according to mission schedules and mayrequire shift work. Security Clearance: This ELINT/ HBS Engineer V must be a United States Citizen and hold a current Top-Secret Clearance with SCI eligibility. Responsibilities- Manage /support HBS SW and processes
- Provide system administration for Google Cloud Platform (CETS, MSCS, RIM, SEAM, and SDE) SW
- Maintain all HBS SW to operate and interface with multiple sensors, sites, and systems
- Provide HBS technical and engineering SW support
- Create, Updates, and r esponds to HBS Incident tickets
- Perform system administration support to the PCPAD process
- Provide comprehensive analysis, diagnostics and fault isolation for HBS SW/systems associated with ground components
- Support SRM or MT in comprehensive analysis, diagnostics and fault isolation for the system/sensors and associated SIGINT End-to-End network paths
- HBS SME that provides sustainment support during system upgrades
- Provide HBS process and data link improvements/recommendations
- Support data encryption changes and implementation
- Support SIGINT post upgrade efforts IAW tech data, TTPs, and OIs. Provides OJT to AFP and identifies sustainment support improvements that reduce logistics footprint
- Perform TCTO, TCNO, etc as directed
- Support SRM or MT for HBS system readiness, system/mission configuration relative to the sensor or communications link
- Support HBS pre-mission tasks (system reboots, ground rings, etc.)
- Provide real-time SIGINT assistance/support to the SRM or MT, maintainers, operators and users
- Collect HBS information for mission debrief
- Evaluate HBS anomalies such as maintenance actions and Incident tickets
- Submit HBS Incident tickets and performs SW (HW through collaborative support) maintenance actions as required
- Provide HBS information for the mission debrief to SRM or MT
- Additional Duties as Assigned
- Bachelor 's Degree in Technical Field with a n a dditional 1 0 + Years of ELINT Experience
- Additional Experience of 1 0 + Years of DCGS Experience
- Additional Experience of 1 0 + Years of SIGINT Experience
- DOD 8570.1 IAT Level II or IAM Level I certifications
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work as part of a diverse team
- Ability to communicate with executive-level staff, senior military leaders and civilian government officials
- Strong problem solving and creative skills and the ability to exercise sound judgment and make decisions based on accurate and timely analyses
- High-level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and mission focus
- Ability to work multiple projects and rapidly integrate and support new customers/environments
