This position is specific to key programs for Carrier Commercial HVAC Strategic Accounts. Key job responsibilities include:

Interact directly with key Carrier accounts and partners, as well as Carrier factories, logistics and product teams to continually improve upon the customer experience specific to key programs for Carrier Commercial HVAC Strategic Accounts.

Conduct day-to-day operations in HVAC order quoting, order placement, order management along with post sale order support to include warranty management and invoicing. Track these operations, set targets and improve upon response times and response quality.

Be the main point of contact for all order inquiries for key projects for Carrier Commercial HVAC Strategic Accounts.

Pro-actively collaborate and work with both internal and external Carrier teams in both short and long term growth strategies, fixing day-to-day issues while focusing on short and long term improvements.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Strong customer care experience

Sense of urgency, self-initiative, commitment and sense of ownership is a must.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Highly organized with strong attention to detail, while also able to manage multiple priorities.

Ability to develop employee skill sets.

Proficiency with Sales Force, SAP and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint).

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:Typical Education Requirements:

BA/BS degree w/5+ years’ experience

Typical Experience Requirements:

Customer care experience of 5+ years directly interacting with customers on a day-to-day basis

LEVEL OF RESPONSIBILITY:

Responsible for day-to-day operations of key Carrier Strategic Account Programs, to include, but not limited to:

All aspects of order / project management

Tracking and improving upon order and project management metrics

Interacting with key clients, to include travel for in-person for field coordination of projects and customer support
