Mequoda currently is in search of an Assistant Website Manager to test and support complex, integrated online publishing systems for our prestigious group of niche magazine clients.
You will be part of a dynamic team that includes top information architects, editors, copywriters, direct marketers, project managers, usability experts, and programmers.
Responsibilities include:
Testing websites including executing cross browser testing and regression testing, integration testing.
Testing and supporting integration of WordPress websites with other systems (i.e. email services, fulfillment systems, e-commerce).
Documenting testing results and key metrics.
Providing backup to frontline Support team.
Testing upgrades for Support clients.
Assisting System Directors with various tasks.
Skills/Characteristics:
Proactive, organized, detail-oriented, and excellent time management skills required
Experience in a client-facing role
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Required Skills: HTML.
Experience with WordPress and MYSQL a plus.
Experience with ad servers, email management systems, and fulfillment systems a plus.
Ability to work independently
This is a part-time employee (MA-based), approximately 20 hours weekly. It is a remote position, with occasional face-to-face for meetings or trainings. Trainings will be in the Boston-MetroWest area.
