We're a realty office that tackles all aspects of real estate: residential sales, rentals and commercial/business brokerage, specifically restaurants. We have a strong focus on investment properties and residential development. Being developers ourselves, we know and connect with a vast network of developers and investors, which is an incredible asset for our agents.
We are hungry and motivated and we are looking for like minded entrepreneurs to join our team. If your ultimate goal is to be a real estate developer, or just make bank with residential rentals and sales, then this is absolutely the office for you. We have completed a 7 unit development, and are on track to complete our 26 unit project near the Encore Casino this spring (which will ultimately be held and maintained through the office). There are a lot of opportunities to learn and grow!
We will tailor a customized marketing campaign strategy for each individual that joins our team. Each new agent will benefit from a sizable marketing budget. Furthermore, we will provide you with the opportunity to join onto one one of our successfully led teams where you will work together with new leads and close deals! Your success is our success, your exposure is our exposure, and we are willing to invest in you.
You need to be motivated, intelligent, responsive, responsible and a problem solver. MA real estate license is required.
