Seeking licensed agent to join a highly successful REALTOR as a team member. The team leader has been in real estate for 17 years, including many years running his own brokerage and training agents in rentals and sales. With 200+ closed transactions and lots of contacts, we need a team member to help with showings, meetings, etc. for residential, commercial and investor clients.
Seeking someone with these qualities:
- Extremely responsible
- Highly ethical with a strong moral compass
- Effective communicator
- Empathetic and compassionate
- Likable and cheerful
- Healthy sense of competition and strong desire to WIN and earn money
Real estate license is required. Real estate and sales experience and skills are a big plus but not absolutely necessary. We can provide training for newly licensed agents who possess the right personality and aptitude.
