King's Lynne Apartments has an opening for a full-time maintenance technician.
If you are highly motivated, possess building maintenance skills, and experience working in a residential community. we want you on our TEAM!
Responsibilities include completing general maintenance work orders, unit turnovers, and common building repairs. Candidates should have intermediate skills in plumbing, electrical and carpentry repairs. Position requires participation in snow removal and availability for emergency on-call rotation.
