Talent Acquisition Manager! (Cambridge, MA)

Reporting to the Head of Talent Acquisition and Development, the Manager will work collaboratively with other members of the recruiting team to support efforts across the firm to identify, attract and hire top talent. While the primary focus of this role will be on recruiting, the TA Associate will also be an integral member of the broader HR team and be involved in other aspects of the Human Resources function as necessary.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

o Drive the full-cycle talent acquisition process.

o Select agencies to partner with and manage agency contracts.

o Source candidates through agency relationships, internal referrals, social media, campus career centers, etc.

o Create and market compelling job descriptions.

o Screen resumes and work closely with hiring managers to prioritize candidates.

o Manage candidate flow through the applicant tracking system.

o Coordinate interviews, prepare agendas, greet candidates onsite, and coordinate all logistics.

o Collect and consolidate interviewer feedback and candidate assessments; support recruiting managers.

o Communicate with candidates and agencies throughout the recruiting process to ensure a positive candidate experience from start to finish.

o Prepare and extend candidate offers.

o Work with the Head of Talent Acquisition and Development to enhance all aspects of the recruiting function.

o Develop creative and innovative sourcing methods, improve campus hiring programming efforts, and ensure a solid focus on attracting a diverse candidate pool.

o Provide interviewing training and sharing of best practices to all hiring teams.

o Engage with the broader HR team to support additional efforts.

QUALIFICATIONS:

· Bachelor’s degree required.

· 2-5 years of prior talent acquisition experience in a fast-paced corporate or agency environment.

· Prior experience recruiting in financial services and/or technology is preferred.

· Strong organizational skills with an understanding of how to prioritize and operate effectively in a fast moving and constantly changing environment.

· Must have high attention to detail.

· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work successfully as part of a team and individually.

· Able to see the big picture, question existing ways of doing things, and look for ways to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

· Demonstrates high integrity and able to handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion.

· Strong Microsoft Suite skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.

· Experience with Workday ATS/HRIS is preferred but not required.
