Benjamin Apartments & Cityside Homes is one of Boston's leading boutique real estate brokerages specializing in sales, apartment rentals and property management. We are seeking a part time recruiter to assist with hiring and interviewing new agents as our team continues to grow. We offer a young hip environment with competitive pay
Duties include;
-Hire, interview and recruit new agents
-Review resumes and track candidates in the pipeline
-Work with graphic designer to create marketing material
-Manage job ads and campaigns with syndicated hiring websites
Compensation/ hours;
-Hourly pay plus a referral bonus for each agent hired
-Seeking availability of 20-30 hours per week
-2-3 days per week in office at our Allston location, remaining hours if any can be remote
Real estate and general recruiting experience is plus with knowledge of popular hiring websites like Indeed and Monster. Available for an immediate start please inquire for additional information
