Candidates must meet the following criteria:
-3+ years of progressive human resource experience
-Experience in assisting in talent acquisition/recruitment as well as on-boarding and new-hire orientation
-Collaborate with managers on employee performance management, engagement,
training, and succession planning
-Oversee all day-to-day HR administration
-Expertise in payroll and benefit management
-Must have a strong knowledge of employment laws and best practices
-Keen analytical and problem-solving skills a must
