Are you interested in coming in on the ground-floor of an HR function? This position is a dynamic,work-in-progress and much will depend on the person we bring in. There is plenty of opportunity to grow this position. We are migrating to an HRIS system and want you to help us with the transition, implementation, and maintenance.
What you have:
2+ years' experience processing payroll and experience, ADP Time and Attendance is preferred.
Strong Excel skills
A degree in Business, Accounting, or equivalent experience
Proficient project management capabilities
Strong MS Outlook experience, (SharePoint and Powerpoint being nice-to-haves)
A good handle on FLSA
What you will be doing:
- Perform day-to-day processing for a very active weekly payroll.
- Reconciling with managers for payroll processing
- Perform HR functions and benefits reporting, such as maintaining employee data, 401(k) admin, terminations
Onboarding
Project manage various HR initiatives
Worker's Compensation Administration
Experience with an HRIS system.
