Our client, a growing biotechnology firm, is eager to add a HR Operations Manager to their team. The HR Operations manager will be responsible for establishing and maintaining a best in class, sustainable HR operational infrastructure in order to facilitate exceptional service delivery. The Manager is responsible for advancing and continuously improving HR operational practices by providing oversight on policies, compliance, employee life cycle transactions, and Workday troubleshooting & optimization. This role drives strategic operational initiatives and collaborates with key stakeholders.

Responsibilities Include:

-Drive execution of HR Operations

-Resolve complex HR operational issues

-Provide training and coaching to augment Workday utilization

-Stay abreast of changes in policy, laws, trends, determine how they impact our community and make recommendations

-Appropriately safeguard confidential information

-Identify optimization opportunities

-Embrace design thinking to discover new ways to simplify and scale work

-Solicit input from key stakeholders and analyze quantitative data to address gaps and drive continuous improvement

-Track Workday product pipeline to further optimize functionality and enhance efficiencies

-Identify automation/AI technology led innovation opportunities to enhance processes

-Manage and provide team leadership

-Establish accountability, consistency, and ownership for optimum service delivery

-Provide guidance and support to develop your individual team members

-Work across HR to understand and leverage insights to guide next generation programs

-Strengthen and deepen relationships with key stakeholders

-Cultivate a culture through operational programming that values engagement, retention, coaching, and development

-Performs other related duties as needed

Education and Skills Requirements:

-BS/BA preferred

-Minimum of 5 years of experience in Human Resources with an emphasis on HR Operations, HRIS, Compliance

-Experience with Workday or other large HCM systems

-Passion for creating process improvements and leading process design projects

-Ability to function effectively in a complex, fast-paced multi-dimensional environment

-Excellent interpersonal, collaboration, written, verbal and visual communication skills

-Demonstrated record of team building, collaboration and strategic leadership

-Creative approach to solving problems

-Proven ability to successfully manage projects and timelines, organize/track complex information, prioritize accordingly, and the ability to quickly adjust to shifting priorities and demanding timelines when necessary

-Solid sense of accountability and sound judgement; highest ethical standards and focus on quality and attention to detail

-Experience working with stakeholders/partners at all levels, globally, across the organization
