We are a high-end hospitality and catering company and we specialize in providing seamless service to our clients throughout the Greater Boston Area ranging from business executives to politicians and even celebrities. We are looking for motivated and self-driven individuals who are looking to expand their existing skill sets and supplement their current work schedule.
This is a great opportunity to pick up side shifts and get more hours! Ideally we are searching for those who already have experience in the food-service industry, however we are always willing to work with the right candidates. We provide competitive pay and highly flexible scheduling, which means you can pick and choose your shifts each week. There is a lot of potential for professional growth and leadership development as we expand. We currently have open positions for both servers/waitstaff and bartenders, however we are always accepting applications for kitchen positions as well.

Server/Waitstaff Position Description:
Set up & break down for various events across the Boston area
Demonstrate knowledge table service, tray carrying, silverware setup and wine etiquette
Keep uniform clean and presentable for each shift
Be flexible and able to adapt to the needs of each event, and other service functions at the request of the client (serving styles, event flow, menu knowledge etc)
Bartender Position Description:
Set up & break down bars for various events across the Boston area.
Provide and manage excellent bar service throughout each event.
Follow direction of the client and be able to adapt to their needs.
Demonstrate knowledge of beer, wine etiquette & pouring techniques, classic cocktails and general mixology.
Kitchen Staff Description:
Positions available: Prep Cook, Line/Grill Cook, Chef,
Assist with set up & break down for various banquet events across the Boston area.
Producing a variety of food orders at the request of the client
Provide service with speed while meeting and maintaining food plating standards
Maintain kitchen sanitation and ensure knives are used and stored properly
Follow direction of the client and be able to adapt to their changing needs
Requirements:
1 year related experience (preferred for server, required for bartenders & kitchen staff)
Positive attitude & willing to learn/grow
Excellent communication skills & punctuality
Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs on occasion
Pass background check
TIPS/ServSafe certified (preferred, or any other relevant certifications)
