Primary Responsibilities and Requirements
We need a leader. Work as a general manager and dictating and directing staff. We need a fun understanding environment. Commitment to guest-first mentality through a "customer is always right" approach reinforces to staff the importance of creating guest loyalty.
Minimum 2 years of restaurant management and people leadership experience. Effective verbal communication skills. Looking for 40 hours per week, a mix of day and nights and weekends mostly. Must be able to lift 50 pounds and must have great leadership skills. Must be able to work in both warm and cool environments; indoors and outdoors. Must be able to tolerate potential exposure to allergens: peanut products, egg, dairy and gluten.
