The Blue Ox restaurant in Lynn, MA is seeking an experienced line cook. We are looking for an individual with hot line experience primarily on sauté and grill. Understanding proper seasoning, temperatures, doneness, along with strong preparation and knife skills are required. We will train someone with the right attitude for this position. Great hygiene, personal and professional organization, punctuality, and a great attitude are essential for this position.
Located just steps from the Newburyport/North Station commuter rail line with ample parking it is an easy restaurant to get to. The Blue Ox serves upscale casual American style food with a twist. We serve dinner only Tuesday through Sunday. We are a very busy restaurant so organization and a friendly demeanor are necessary.

This position is 5 days per week, about 45-50 hours per week, and weekends are required.
Compensation starts at $18/hr for the right candidate.
