Ideal Server Candidate should possess the following qualities:
-Genuinely be dedicated to providing a high level of service to all his/her guests
-Have a strong work ethic and thrive on working in a fast-paced environment while keeping a calm and collected demeanor
-Have a strong background in both spirits and wine and have the ability to describe them to guests in an unitimatining logical manner
-Have the ability to anticipate the guest's needs
-Convey a sense of sincerity, enthusiasm and, most importantly, a sense of hospitality to all guests and co-workers
While experience is not necessary, host candidates should possess a passion for hospitality, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and have strong communication skills. The Osteria Posto management team is excited to train the right candidate as you will play an important role here at the restaurant. Hosts are not only the first person our guests meet, but they also set the tone for service by managing and organizing the flow of reservations.
