To learn more, visit .ResponsibilitiesPCG is currently seeking a Talent Management Specialist to join our Human Capital Management team. The Human Capital Management team was recently established to deliver enterprise-wide talent management programs which focus on workforce planning, employee engagement, performance management, leadership development, people analytics, and more. For the right, motivated individual, there is an excellent opportunity for career development on a highly visible and entrepreneurial team.The Talent Management Specialist will report to the Sr Program Manager of Talent Engagement and be responsible for implementing and managing programs, processes, and technology systems that work together and contribute to positive talent experiences. They will continuously evaluate and identify innovative ways to deliver organizational solutions that improve employee experiences and promote productivity, efficiency, and peak performance. They will have the skills to execute and deliver programs and results at the highest quality.Responsibilities

Partner with business leaders and stakeholders to support the execution of the global talent strategy for the organization.

Innovative, consultative, and relentless approach to process improvements and strategy implementation.

Manage talent engagement programs that fuel employee engagement and performance.

Manage leadership development programs that increase the proficiency and capabilities of our talent.

Administer programs through our performance and engagement system, Lattice, including annual employee reviews, 360 leadership reviews, annual and pulse engagement surveys, etc.

Develop and deliver training sessions that support the rollout of talent programs.

Develop and maintain learning content and resources that drive the adoption of talent programs.

Develop and coordinate mass marketing plans and communications.

Administer and maintain the Human Capital Management intranet site as the central information database for our talent.

Liaison with business partners on all aspects of program management and delivery ensuring alignment, adoption, and proficiency across the organization.

Excellent oral presentation and written communication skills.

Attention to detail and ability to work with large data sets with accurate results.

Demonstrated expertise in MS Office products, particularly SharePoint, PowerPoint, Excel, and Teams.

Adept at administering SAS technologies, mastering system functionality, and training others to proficiency.

Qualifications -

Education: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience required

Experience: 3-5 years’ experience; Proven track record modeling HR best practices.
