As an Associate you will collaborate with your team and the broader Talent team to ensure the needs of our employees and the business are met. To guarantee our GM&I processes are integrated and supported in the Wayfair service environment, you will work in close partnership with numerous internal stakeholders and multiple external vendors. Please note this is a Boston based opportunity with a 4 day in office expectation.</p>
