Busy real estate team seeks to add buyer's agents to work our MD leads. Specifically, I'm seeking agents who are willing to work PG & Charles County MD as their 'wheelhouse' with potential to go to Anne Arundel, Calvert, & St. Mary's as well as DC or VA if you have those licenses. Ideal candidate would be happy and comfortable traveling throughout PG & Charles and a little outside.

So maybe you've been on a team before or currently on a team and are not happy, so you think, why would anyone join a team? Well let me tell you we are not your 'normal team'. Ask yourself: What do many teams take from you and what do they provide?

What do they take? 50% - 60%? I know in some cases I've heard of them taking over 60%! And what do most of these teams offer? Basically nothing? "Training", "Community", "Brand recognition". But how far does that get you in sales? How will you make a living if you are giving them 50-65% and then the IRS wants a cut and you also have to find a way to obtain clients for free or else put the marketing on your card?

First off - We're not like that. I do offer you something significant and I'm making you no promises of success. Many people just aren't cut out for this business, it's a tough business and takes the right person with the right mindset and work ethic. However, if you have a strong mindset and work ethic, I do believe I will offer you a chance at success almost nobody else is offering.

Here's what I offer many other teams don't.

(1) LEADS - we are an internet lead driven team. Right now our total marketing budget including lender contributions and "bonus spend" (free money they give us for being big spenders) is approximately $21,000 per month and we are a small team. I personally put about $13k on my card monthly to provide my agents opportunities to sell.

(2) Higher Splits - 50% on team deals, 65% on your SOI deals (you provide me a list of anything in your pipeline plus any friends, co-workers, neighbors, acquaintances you can think of that might buy or sell with you) and take an extra 15% when they do.

(3) Many expenses covered - E&O, business cards, pocket folders, CRM, etc. we cover. You do cover certain expenses like your transportation costs.

(4) Bonuses - I am currently offering bonuses for good reviews.

(5) Flexibility - We have an office that you can use whenever you like but have no required office hours. We get together occasionally for dinner and drinks on me, but no mandatory weekly meetings. I have some rules/requests to keep us out of trouble, convert enough leads that we all make money, and to maintain high client satisfaction, but try to be as hands-off as possible.

I am hoping to find someone who has:

(1) Reliable automobile to meet clients

(2) Home office setup - Our office is available to use but it is in DC so I'm imagining if you are out showing in MD all day you might not be trying to trek back into the city to prepare an offer. You can use the office 24/7/365 I just think a home office, as a matter of efficiency, is really a necessity. No office hours are required.

(3) Great attitude, willing to work, make follow up calls, be professional, be punctual for appointments, etc.

Ideal candidate would have some experience (know how to write offers, open lockboxes, knowledge of financing, etc.) but will consider a rookie with the right qualifications.
