We are looking for experienced field representatives in the state of Maryland, Virginia, DC. Our workforce is accepting the following professions:
Property Preservation workers
Landscaping Experts
Handymen
General contractors
We pay our vendors on a weekly basis and can assign work in County and surrounding areas in Maryland, Virginia, and DC.
Work include, but are not limited to:
- Recurring Grass Cuts/Snow Removals
- Securing - lock work and boarding
- Winterization
- Minor Property Repairs
- Janitorial
- Trash outs
- Also seeking licensed specialty contractors (Roofing, Electric, Plumbing, Mold Remediation, etc.)
All potential vendors must have the equipment necessary to complete above work along with supplies that include bank coded knob locks, deadbolts, padlocks, hasps, lock boxes, lumber, building supplies, tarps, RV antifreeze, etc.
Required paperwork:
-Aspengrove number /ABC number (Only applicable for property preservation workers)
-General Liability Insurance (1 million)
