As Production Supervisor, you will manage the day to day operations of the production floor and warehouse. This role is a key contributor.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Plan, organize, document, and lead manufacturing & warehouse operations to maximize the output of quality product and minimize product cost
Responsible for helping set and achieving daily and weekly performance goals
Demonstrate continual improvement focus
Maintain safe work environment that promotes the health and well-being of the employees and environment as well as supports production goals
Maintain departmental training program
Basic Qualifications:
Degree in Engineering or a management related field.
Previous experience in supervisory responsibilities
Able to prioritize and complete multiple and diverse work assignments with minimal direction and supervisor.
Excellent communications, presentation and persuasion skills.
Good computer skills
High mathematical aptitude.
High energy level
Schedule: Mon - Fri 8am - 4:30pm, frequent OT on Saturday
