The company has multiple offices in the U.S. and program offices in more than 40 countries.OpportunityThe Corporate Service Coordinator undertakes a variety of day-to-day operations within the Corporate Services department. This position plays an integral part in ensuring that our office operations run smoothly and are successful in supporting other business activities.An excellent Corporate Services Coordinator is, above all, an organized and competent professional with excellent communication, interpersonal and customer service skills. Must be comfortable dealing with people and able to carry out administrative duties with accuracy and speed.The goal is to ensure that office operations are efficient and add maximum value to the organization.Key Roles and Responsibilities

Manage tickets in ServiceNow as well as prioritizing allocation of those tickets

Coordinate services and repairs of equipment with building management

Act as liaison between Corporate Services’ vendors and service providers

Conduct office space inspections to ensure general tidiness and orderliness; including light cleaning duties

Ensure tidiness and orderliness of conference rooms at all times

Coordinate work space set-ups and internal moves

Coordinate onboarding and off boarding tasks assigned to Corporate Services

Maintain updated company floorplans in Drawbase

Provide meeting support, including conference room set-ups

Order and stock office supplies, maintain Office Supply storage room

Manage access control system, including issuing badges

Reconcile postage accounts for BRE and USPS

Coordinate company’s document offsite storage program

Prepare invoices for processing

Other duties as assigned

Preferred Skills / Prerequisites

Technology savvy with a strong knowledge and proficiency working with Microsoft Office Suite and other programs as they become available

Customer service experience

Excellent interpersonal skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate with people at all levels of the organization

Consistently dependable and accurate in completing responsibilities

Strong multi-tasking and prioritizing skills with the ability to meet deadlines

Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail

Collaborative with a customer first mind-set

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Must be able to lift 25 lbs.

Must be able to walk 50% of the time

Minimum Qualifications

Associates degree, pursuing Bachelors, with minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service
