Aerotek is hiring for a Procurement Customer Service Representative for a year long contract with the potential to go permanent with a large financial company in Owings Mills, MD .Responsibilities:
Perform Triage - Manage all buying or inquiry requests that come through the central intake service desk.
Triage the broad range of requests (How To questions to supplier sourcing to contracting) and route requests to the appropriate resource or work flow to fulfill the requirement.
Review request forms for completeness and reasonableness.
Follow-Up Communication - Providing follow-up communication by way of email and phone according to service level agreements and tracking accordingly for reporting and continuous improvement purposes.
Will start remote.
Qualifications:
2 to 3 years of procurement/purchasing experience
Bachelors degree preferred
