Job DescriptionXenotran is seeking a satellite communication (SATCOM) Systems Engineer to be part of military communications standardization efforts.Xenotran supports a SATCOM standardization forum which meets three times a year while also supporting several technical working groups involved in drafting and maintaining MIL-STDs and related SATCOM requirements documents. Current SATCOM areas of interest include UHF, SHF, and EHF. The SATCOM Systems Engineer will support these meeting and working groups by preparing and presenting briefing topics, managing meetings, recording meeting minutes, coordinating document drafting and tracking action items.Required Skills:

Technical writing experience
Test Procedures experience

Desired Skills:

Experience in communications systems, satellite communications
Experience working in technical teams

Education:

BSEE in Electrical or Computer Engineering
