Industrial Security Representative

Description: Lockheed Martin Rotary and Mission Systems (RMS) is looking for an experienced Contractor Special Security Officer (CSSO) to work in a dynamic high tempo environment. The successful candidate will work in Hanover Maryland and: develop, implement, administer security policy and procedures for Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) programs. The successful candidate should understand Industrial Security regulations and applicable Federal Security regulatory guidance consistent with DOD 5105.21 SCI Manuals, Intelligence Community Directive (ICD) 705 and 32 CFR Part 117. Be sufficiently knowledgeable of Top Secret Controls and Accountability exercises & OPSEC. Understand the established procedures for handling, storing, record keeping, and granting personnel and visitor’s access to restricted programs. Overseeing all Security related disciplines to include: Physical Security w/ ICD 705; Classification Management; Personnel Security (PERSEC); Security Education; & Security Management while utilizing the requirements set forth in the DoD Manuals. Develop and conduct security education and training programs for SCI. Be able to investigate security violations and prepare reports specifying preventive actions to be taken.
