Position DescriptionWhat does a great Service Executive do?The Service Executive role will give you the opportunity to exercise a wide variety of your skills as you work with various departments within the DNA Open Solutions Core, and across Fiserv. Your primary goal is to be a Service Champion for a dedicated client within the Open Solutions service delivery area. This is a very challenging and rewarding position and can lead to growth opportunities within the company. As the client’s champion, you will work with all levels of their organization and ours.If you are the kind of person that likes to identify solutions, this opportunity may be right for you!To be successful in this role, you will:

Accountable for client’s overall satisfaction with DNA, Fiserv and its products

Collaborate with Large Bank Service Partner to represent DNA service issues for the client.

Work with client management to understand their strategic direction

Meet with client regularly to review and prioritize open cases, to learn about new developments, plans, and projects for their business, and to identify opportunities for additional revenue and/or services to support customer initiatives

Communicate and set client expectations to build and improve the client relationship

Establish mechanisms to manage client expectations and ensure the highest level of customer service

Work with internal departments and management as necessary to ensure client priorities are understood, and resources are executing on commitments

Be the client’s advocate (voice of the client) within DNA and Fiserv, championing their needs

Prepare and deliver status reports with summary and detail lists of issues and numeric measurements of performance to clients and Fiserv management

Provide high level oversight for successful implementation and support of client projects

Provide proactive and strong decision-making on client issues

Manage client situations when they arise

Responsible for communications to internal Fiserv and client executive management

Collaborate with Client Partners on the overall client relationship

Understand the US financial industry, vendors, regulations

Stay current with new product developments and functionality

Flexibility with availability of potentially off hours.

Ability to travel 20% - 50%

Basic qualifications for consideration:

5 years of financial services, banking, or relationship management experience.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Proven problem solving skills

High School Diploma

Preferred qualifications for consideration:

Bachelor's degree

5 years of experience in Project Management, Software Implementations, and integrations experience

Prior experience within Project Management specific to handling multiple projects & issues at one time.

Previous experience with DNA or Fiserv product experience highly preferred.
