Looking for an individual who is/has:
Minimum of 5yrs experience as a residential carpenter
organized
self motivated with the ability to work with minimal supervision
great communication skills
leadership skills
valid driver's license
own tools
pickup or van with the ability to transport building materials
Required skills:
proficient in reading blueprints
framing
additions
finish carpentry
light plumbing and electrical work
complete kitchen and bathroom renovations
hardwood/laminate flooring
drywall and plaster repairs
painting
cabinet installation
tile (floor and walls)
windows
doors
siding
decks
screened porches
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $23.00 - $30.00 per hour
Apprentice/Helper:
Minimum of 2 yrs experience in residential construction
Experienced with the use of power tool.(circular saw, miter saw, table saw, drills)
Organized
Ability to follow instruction
Good communication skills
Reliable vehicle. truck or van a plus
Valid driver's license
Own basic tools

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
