Looking for an highly organized, go getter to assist a busy entrepreneur. This is a part time position. Some tasks can be done from home but must have transportation and be able to run errands as needed. Im looking for a person who has AT LEAST the follow skills/traits:
Available to answer/make calls during the day (9-5)
Run errands as needed Manage multiple calendars (outlook mainly but also Google)
Book appointments
Answer questions through Facebook Messenger/Email
Package and ship items
Organize office/other spaces
Other tasks as needed
Other helpful skills:
Knowledge of use of social media apps
Knowledge of Microsoft Office
