Arocon Roofing and Construction is experiencing growth and we are looking for an tune up technician, and a site supervisor to help us meet demand in a skilled and professional manner. Description:
Tune Up Tech
Meet with property owners,
Perform small repairs, inspect the roof, attic and other related areas
Replace missing shingles, caulking areas of concern and repairing nail pops
Take photos of the inspection and explain to the property owner what was done while performing the tune up/inspection
Site Supervisor
Meet with Foreman on the job site to assure all materials are there and the installation can be done in a timely fashion
Meet with the property owner and become a customer liaison during the install process
Skills/Qualifications:
Experience with face to face customer service
Willing to be trained on tune ups, installations and the use company software
Roof inspection, leak detection and troubleshooting is a plus but not necessary WE WILL TRAIN
Ability to communicate effectively with homeowners
Must have a Valid Driver's License clean driving record and ability to pass a pre-employment DRUG TEST and Background check
